MEET JEFF. I used to sit too much, eat whatever, and drink way too often. My body felt heavy, my energy was gone, and every night I’d crash—frustrated, stuck, and wasting time. Eventually, I flipped the switch, and now I help others do the same. I create simple but challenging workout plans for all levels—no fancy gyms or complicated tools required. This old school, straightforward approach is how I train week in and week out because it works and it's effective.
